Mothers of Military Support MERCHANDISE RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Manufacturing Warranty
Danner, Inc. warrants that its footwear is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and warrants waterproof footwear against leakage, for the applicable period listed below.
6 Month Warranty:
Work
Uniform
Military
Rugged
1 Year Warranty:
Hunting
Outdoor
Please note that any Hunting or Outdoor product warranty is automatically reduced to 6 months when it is used for occupational purposes. However, a Work, Uniform, Military, or Rugged boot used for Hunting or Outdoor purposes does not gain a 1 year warranty. For all warranties, Danner will, at its option, either repair, replace or pro-rate based on wear/tear that is evident. If a replacement pair is issued, they do not carry a new warranty, but rather, the balance of the warranty from the original date of purchase. Any repair work not performed by the manufacturer may void the warranty.
What is Covered:
Defects in materials
Defects in workmanship
Leaking liners in Gore-Tex® styles
What is NOT Covered:
Wear and tear
Excessive wear, including wear holes, lacerations, and worn stitching
Damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning, leather conditioning)
Heat damage from excessive exposure to open flame or space heaters
Fit related problems, once the footwear has been worn outdoors
Footwear returned beyond the warranty period
Limited Warranty on Safety Toe Boots
All safety toe boots (Non-metallic and steel) will provide protection on the initial impact up to the ANSI and ASTM rating as specified. After the initial impact, the safety toe may be shattered and the boots should not be used in an environment that requires a safety toe. Any warranty, expressed or implied, is voided by the initial shock or impact.
Return Policy
Footwear should to be returned to the original place of purchase along with a dated sales receipt.
If you purchased your footwear directly from Danner or cannot make it back to the original dealer, please follow the steps below. Danner will gladly issue an exchange on boots or shoes as long as they are in new condition and have not been worn outside.1. Please print and fill out this Return/Exchange form
2. Send merchandise to us in its original packaging if possible, along with the Return/Exchange form
3. Return your package to:
Danner, Inc. Attn: Return/Exchange Processing 17634 NE Airport Way Portland, OR 97230For your protection, we recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items back to us. Danner is not responsible for reimbursment of packages lost by the carrier.
